Odyssey's Journeys
The Long Road Home
On their Private Hawaiian Island
A small peak
Earth had become home.
Thren married Elena and raised their two children beneath peaceful skies. Marcus and Sophia built the same quiet life beside them. For the parents, the wars were finally over. They had no desire to leave.
Their children felt otherwise.
Raised on the haunting tale of the Verya—the starship hurled one hundred thousand light-years across the galaxy—the next generation burned with a single purpose: return to their Kaelith heritage… and solve the mystery of the attack along the way.
They faced three impossible barriers:
The galactic core blocked every chart to the Kaelith system.
No known ship could cross that distance in a single lifetime.
They did not own a starship.
To anyone else, the dream would have ended right there.
But these were the sons and daughters of Thren & Elena and Sophia & Marcus.
All four children were adamant about going back to Thren’s homeworld. They are still arguing as I write this note, so until I find out what leverage they use to change Thren’s mind, the first chapter will not be written. However, I have it from a reliable source that Sophia is now aligned with the kids, and Marcus is no longer opposed but neutral.
And for them, “impossible” was only the beginning of the Long Road Home.
